The short version
You can play without an account. If you sign in, we keep as little as possible: an anonymous account number, the coach name you choose, your channel-membership dates and, for members, your match results. We never store your e-mail address, real name or photo, we don't sell anything and we don't show ads. You can delete your account yourself at any time.

This site is run by the owner of the Your Football Ranker YouTube channel, who is the data controller for the account data described here. Contact: [email protected].
Signing in with Google (optional)
The account box offers "Sign in with Google". Google's sign-in script loads only when that box is shown, and Google's own privacy policy applies to it. When you sign in, Google sends our server a signed confirmation of your Google account. We use it once to recognise you and keep only a one-way scrambled form (a hash) of your Google account number, so we can tell it's you next time but can't work out who you are. Your e-mail address, name and picture are not stored.
What we keep when you sign in
- an anonymous account number and the hash described above;
- the head coach name you choose (shown to anyone watching your games, so please don't use personal details);
- your channel-member status: which member code you entered and until when your perks last;
- the YouTube channel name you type when you enter a member code. YouTube doesn't tell outside sites who its members are, so we compare this name by hand with the member list in our YouTube Studio;
- while you are a channel member, the results of the matches you finish (date, the two teams, score, goal minutes, formations, tackles, keeper saves and red cards), so you can see your stats on any device. We keep your newest 3,000 matches;
- friend matches: when a VIP member sends a challenge link, we keep their coach name, team, formation and the match settings. Whoever takes the challenge adds the name they type (you don't need an account), their team and formation, and the result, so both sides can watch the same match. The sender can delete a challenge; we delete them after 180 days;
- predictions you make in "Beat the marbles" and the name you choose for its table. The table is public: it shows that name and your points, never your account or e-mail;
- leagues and cups that VIP members create: the name, teams, fixtures and results, so they can carry on from any device. They are deleted when you delete them or your account;
- sign-in sessions: a random session key, when it was created and last used, and the browser and system type (for example "Safari on iPhone"), at most two devices at a time.
We use this only to run your account and member perks, for example to stop one membership being shared across many devices. We don't use it for advertising or profiling and we don't share it with anyone except our hosting provider below. The legal basis is providing the service you ask for when you sign in (performance of a contract).
Cookies
The game sets no cookies while you are signed out. When you sign in, it sets one essential cookie (yfr_s) that keeps you signed in for up to 180 days. Google's sign-in may set its own cookies on the sign-in step.
How long we keep it
Sessions end when you sign out, when you sign in on a third device (the oldest one is signed out), or after 180 days without use. Your account stays until you delete it. Use Delete account in the game's account box: it removes your account, coach name, membership record, match history and sessions straight away.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the GDPR. Most of this you can do yourself in the game; for anything else, e-mail us at the address above.
What stays on your device
The game remembers your last setup (teams, number of marbles, speed, weather and sound settings) in your browser's local storage, and keeps a copy of the game files so it can open offline from your home screen. This never leaves your device. You can delete it by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Hosting
The site and its account database run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages and D1), which processes data on our behalf and may store it on its servers in different countries. To deliver the pages and protect the site, Cloudflare also processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type for a short time, as any web host does. Game files, fonts and the 3D engine are served from this site; no third-party trackers or ad scripts are loaded.
Visit statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and taps on our YouTube and install buttons. It does not use cookies or fingerprinting and only shows us aggregated numbers, such as how many people played today.

The Subscribe, Join and other YouTube buttons open YouTube, which has its own privacy policy. Channel memberships are bought and managed on YouTube; we never see your payment details.
